Product Description

Dry Anthotyro is an exquisite product made traditionally in the beautiful island of Crete. Anthotyro is a white or semi-hard, sweet cheese that can be easily grated. When salted and matured, it gets a spicier taste. Its special characteristic is that after the production, it gets dried in a special drying room for several weeks, which gives this cheese a unique and buttery texture, even though it is semi-hard. It is the perfect cheese to top your pasta with!
