Working hours of our Customer Service are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 15:00 Athens Time (GMT+3).

We wish to remind you that having our headquarters and warehouse of expeditions in Athens, we follow the schedule of Greek holidays.

Timing for Order Preparation

Greek Flavours warehouses need on average 2 to 3 working days for order preparation. Once prepared, the packages are delivered to the couriers who will take them to their destination. During the shipment, you can track the parcel thanks to the tracking number that is communicated to the customer. Once we START PROCESSING you order you will receive an EMAIL WITH TRACKING NUMBER of your packages.

We take the opportunity to give you one important advice: consider the opportunity to create an account on Greek Flavours, through your Reserved Area you can always check the status of your orders in the best possible way and always have the update on the shipment of products under control.

FAQ

  1. How to use a discount code when there is more than one? If you want to use a specific discount code, the “Buy 10 and Save 10%” offer must not be activated. In case you choose 10 products that participate in the “Buy 10 and save 10%” offer, the discount 10% will be activated automatically and you will not be able to use another code at the same time. We remind you that promo codes and other offers cannot be combined.
  2. What is the DELIVERY NOTE that I find in the package received? It is important to keep the delivery note included in the package as it replaces the usual proof of purchase. Within this document you will find all the necessary details to provide you with the best service and for any recovery. Without this document it is not possible to access the service
  3. Can I withdraw from purchase? The consumer, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 / EC, is entitled to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of actual delivery. The notice of intention to withdraw must be made by sending an email to customers@greekflavours.com, giving all information contained in the DELIVERY NOTE and entering in the mail the ORDER NUMBER.
  4. Are there any restriction to withdrawal? The withdrawal can only be activated for the ORDER IN ITS ENTIRETY, for shipping the consumer must use the same outer packaging and internal received originally by securing products; we recommend the consumer to insure the shipment.
  5. Are there any exclusions from the right of withdrawal? Are excluded from the right of withdrawal: Products damaged, altered or unhealthy - Fresh or perishable products, the conservation of which must be carried out at a controlled temperature - Restitution beyond the deadline
  6. Who is in charge of return expenses? RETURN EXPENSES shall be borne by the consumer, who will be able to freely choose the shipping agent or carrier to entrust the expedition.
  7. When I will receive the repayment? Once the package is received at our warehouse, we will refund the total amount no later than 14 days from the date of arrival of the goods. Repayment will be made using the same means of payment used by the consumer.
