The Dark Cave aged tsipouro of the Tsilili distillery is produced from high quality grapes in the Thessaly region.

The aging process lasts at least 5 years and takes place in carefully selected French and American oak barriques flavoured with red wine and sweet vinsanto.

The result is a distillate with distinct aromas such as grapes, plums and bergamot skins, spicy aromas such as vanilla, chocolate and nutmeg combined with a robust but rich body, a smooth finish and a refined aromatic aftertaste.

To enjoy its powerful and complex character drink it plain or add some ice.
