The Greek PDO feta cheese is the most representative cheese of the Greek traditional cuisine. Feta cheese is produced with a mix of goat's milk and sheep's milk and it is aged for two to three months before being consumed. In the Greek Mediterranean diet, feta cheese is always present.

  1. Take a medium sized frying pan
  2. Cut the feta cheese in cubes or strips
  3. Cut fresh seasonal vegetables and put them in the frying pan (peppers, tomatoes, onions cannot miss)
  4. Dirt it all with a bit of Greek oregano and finish with a string of extra virgin olive oil
  5. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes
