Graviera from the island of Naxos is considered one of the best table cheeses in Greece. It is a cheese that is aged for 18 months after the production and this process gives the exceptional taste and aroma of this cheese, along with the pure milk used for its' production. It is a hard cheese with extra rich flavour that can accompany practically every meal but can also be consumed on its' own.
