Bougatsa is Thessaloniki's iconic dessert with a very long history.
Sheets of crunchy phyllo dough with delicious and abundant cream inside.
Inside the package there is also a bag with powdered sugar and cinnamon to complete the preparation.
This recipe first appeared in the 16th century but it became popular in Greece after the destruction of Asia Minor, in 1922.

Instructions: Defrost the product at room temperature for 10’. The tray is suitable for the oven. Preheat the oven at 180°–200°C. Bake at 180°C without air for 30’. To keep the pie crispy do not cover it.
