If Greek honey was a fruit it will surely be Achaia orange. The Mediterranean climate and Greece favor the orange-tree. Especially in Achaia farms, grow some of the sweetest oranges in the world.
Ways to use the sweet Achaia oranges
- Fresh orange juice, no sugar needed.
- Marinade: Mix fresh orange juice with fresh lemon juice and pour it on potatoes, chicken, or beef right before baking in the oven
- Salad: Combine it with avocado, feta, cucumber, vinegar and extra virgin oil to create a fantastic salad.
