Contents : The heart of the first distillation is collected and redistilled with the remaining plant material and with the addition of juniper. At this stage, a steam infused method is used to extract the essential oils of some botanicals (a technique used in the luxury perfume industry). Also in this case the "heart" is collected and to enhance the final flavors of the distillate the distiller uses a soft and light filtering method. For each batch of three different liquids with different proportions of vegetable substances, these are made and double-distilled and mixed with the end product.
