776 Deluxe produces the Hilopites using pasteurized cow milk and eggs. 776 Deluxe creates sufficiently large squares so as the hilopites to be able to mix good with the sauce in which they are cooked.

As the production is completely manual the small hilopites pieces are different one from the other. It is a pasta very simple and quick to prepare: in 4-5 minutes they are ready.

The valley of Olympia in the Peloponnese, the area from which the entire production of 776 Deluxe comes, in addition to being the cradle of the ancient athletic culture is also a natural paradise.
