Fermented and extracted in stainless steel tanks, aged in partly French barriques for 8 months and for 6 months in the bottle. Soft, but dense, sweet varietal character of fruit. Red cherries, plums, sweet vanilla, cedar notes, thick, round mouth.
Organoleptic characteristics: The color is deep ruby with ruby highlights. The nose is condensed, complex and multidimensional. Unfolds aromas of red cherry, ripe plum, sweet vanilla, with hints of violet and tobacco. On the palate it is round, velvety and full of very mature soft tannins. The deep black and red fruit dominates, followed by aromas of spices and smoke. The aftertaste is rich, long and complex.
