100% hazelnuts. It may contain traces of gluten, peanuts and other nuts in shell.
Hazelnuts are crunchy and delicious and most of us accompany them with our drinks, we eat them as a snack, but hazelnuts also find use in cooking recipes.
Use the hazelnuts to make:
Butter: Make hazelnut butter by beating in the multi for 3-4 minutes with a break until all their oils come out. You check that they do not have small pieces and have not become a hard paste. Spread slices of bread, pancakes, crepes, sandwiches, toast.
Flour: If you have a good and strong blender, try making your own hazelnut flour. Do not beat them for a long time because you will end up with butter and not flour. You need to stop the blender often and clean the walls of the hazelnuts. You should not throw in the bucket 1kg hazelnuts at once but about 200g at a time.
Sweet tarts & sweets: Mash the hazelnuts to make bases for sweets e.g. homophagic cheesecake, brownies & truffles, traditional sweets such as walnut pie & kadaifi. & spoon sweets like quince.
Add them to salads: Make a rich salad with colorful and nutritious leafy vegetables such as lettuce, arugula, cabbage, carrot, add chopped hazelnuts and make a dressing with olive oil, honey, salt and lemon or balsamic and enjoy.
Put them in yogurt: Make a healthy and filling tithe with yogurt, honey and grated hazelnuts.
Add them to fruit salads: mix the matching fruits, add honey and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts
