TASTING NOTES: Bright rose colour, intense aromatic bouquet with a characteristic flavour of rose, cherry and bubble gum. Sweet taste and rich acid, silky tannins and cold sweetness.
VINIFICATION: Grape harvest in the beginning of October for both varieties from a specific part of the vineyard selected for the production of this particular wine. The wine production lasts 18-22 hours, fermentation of free grapes at low temperature of 14 0C.
FOOD PAIRING: Accompanies Asian and Mexican cuisine dishes, sweet and sour pork with fresh vegetables and spicy chicken. Pasta with seafood, such as lobster spaghetti, Mediterranean cuisine dishes with red sauce. Variety of cold meat and sweet cheese, fruit salads, also served as an aperitif.
