Soutzoukakia meatballs are one of the most exquisite Greek dishes and probably one of the least known. These are soft and round meatballs, prepared with ground beef mixed with tomato, onion and a fragrant mix of Mediterranean spices. When the meatballs are cooked, a tasty red sauce with tomato for base is poured into the pan and then the meatballs slowly boil in it. Heating instructions: 1) remove the external packagin - 2) pierce the sealing into two spots with a fork - 3) heat in preheated conventional oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes or in the microwave for 2-3 minutes (800W) - 4) remove the film, the meal is ready to be consumed.
Ingredients: 50% orzo (contains gluten), 28% meatballs (beef, pork), water, wheat bread rusks, onion, cooking salt,, spices, tomato, 3,5% extra virgin olive oil, red wine, sunflower oil, sugar.
