Taramosalata is a special meze that Greeks and not only prefer more and more.
It is made by fish eggs, called Tarama, bread, onion, lemon juice, olive oil and spices. It is very low on calories and it is a great nutritional source of vitamins like A and D, but also magnesium.
The authentic taramosalata in its purest form, hence the white color.
You can accompany all sorts of dishes with this dip, such as grilled vegetables, or even use it as a spread on your bread with some olives and you will have a quick and healthy snack!
