The Dark Cave aged tsipouro of the Tsilili distillery is produced from high quality grapes in the Thessaly region.
Production method: the aging process takes at least 5 years and takes place in carefully selected French and American oak barrels flavored with red wine and sweet Vinsanto.
Taste: The result is a distillate with pronounced aromas such as grapes, plums and bergamot peel, spicy aromas such as vanilla, chocolate and nutmeg, combined with a robust but rich body, a smooth finish and a refined aromatic aftertaste.
