History: His deep love for wine and the millennia-old winemaking tradition in his homeland prompted Nikolaos Zaharias to build a small wine factory in 1946 and to realize his lifelong dream. In 2005, the year Muses Estate was founded, it was time for Nikos, Stelios and Panayiotis, the third generation to take their place in the family business. Their skills, scientific knowledge and youthful ideas, combined with experience, helped Muses Estate move one step further into the 21st century. Muses Estates vineyards are located on the slopes of the Musental Valley and in many different locations such as Touriki, Lahos and Vrousalia.
Taste and appearance: the Assyrtico is a famous Greek variety with fruity and fresh tones. The well-known Sauvignon Blanc gives the typical freshness with spring aromas and the smell of fresh grass. The Trebbiano is a difficult grape that, with appropriate treatment, produces refined, sober and straw-yellow wines.
