In the village of Alifeira in the central Peloponnese, near the ancient Olympia, at a height of about 800mt above sea level, the koroneiki variety olives grow in a pristine area.
Every year in November the olives are harvested and then cold pressed on the very same day to give a product rich in nutritional properties and with a naturally low level of acidity.
Lucius extra virgin olive oil has a natural low acidity level.

Lucius is an extra virgin oil with an intense herbaceous aroma and a delicate taste on the palate accompanied by a slightly spicy aftertaste. It is therefore an extra virgin oil ideal for all dishes of the Mediterranean diet.
Fish and meat tartare are ideal combinations, as well as fish in all its cooking varieties. Lucius is a superb extra-virgin olive oil even when tasted simply poured on a bruschetta.
