VINIFICATION: Classic white winemaking.
FOOD PAIRING: Served as simple aperitif, seafood, fish in croquettes and fish fillet with white sauce. Combined beautifully with seafood (mussels, shimmery, clams, oysters and scallops), grilled fish and exotic fruits.
