LENGTH AND TYPE OF AGEING: 12 months in oak barrels.
AGEING POTENTIAL: 5-10 years
CHARACTERISTICS: Deep red colour, colourful and rich in aromatic bouquet, balanced of red fruit aromas, plum and sweet notes of ageing, vanilla and cocoa. Rich, well-structured, balanced, with velvety aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING: A perfect accompaniment for red meats with sweet vegetables and sweet sauces. Also served as an aperitif in summer. Served at 14 – 16°C.
