Produktbeschreibung

Pastourmas (oder Pastrami) ist der Aufschnitt, den alle lieben! Es wurde 1922 von den Flüchtlingen aus Kleinasien nach Griechenland gebracht und ist seither eine Tradition. Es besteht aus luftgepresstem Rindfleisch, das mit Salz bedeckt wird, damit es pasteurisiert werden kann. Im letzten Teil des Zubereitungsprozesses wird das Fleisch außen mit einer dicken roten Paste aus schmackhaften Gewürzen wie Knoblauch, Kreuzkümmel und Paprika bestrichen und anschließend geräuchert, wodurch es seine dunkle bordeauxrote Farbe erhält. Der perfekte Aufschnitt für Ihre „Mezedes“ bei Tsipouro und Ouzo, aber nicht nur das! Sie können auch die berühmte ‘Pastormadopita’ zubereiten. Dies ist ein Pastrami-Pastete, für deren Zubereitung Sie Pastrami mit Käse und Gemüse Ihrer Wahl vermischen! Egal, wie Sie es genießen, es wird auf jeden Fall ein echter Hingucker auf Ihrem Tisch, mit seinem außergewöhnlichen Geschmack und Look!

This is amazing! I've been looking for Arabic Bastourma and this comes pretty close to it, it's milder in flavour. For everyone who is saying it't not like the usual pastrami you have tried, it's because this is not actually Pastrami that you find in the US or Italy, this is completely different. In Greek it's called Bastourma and in Arabic it's Basterma.

Ottimo se utilizzato all'interno di pite salate con formaggio, sui peinirli, oppure nelle uova strapazzate. Sicuramente ha un gusto deciso e speziato. :)

Bitter, too thinly sliced, oddly spiced, too chewy Absolutely NOTHING like the pastrami I've been enjoying all my life. If I ate it blindfolded I wouldn't even know it was pastrami. Would never order it again, and would not recommend it.
