This kit is designed to help you replicate the authentic flavours of Greek tavernas. Here are three perfect ways to make the most of your new ingredients:

  1. Fried Feta with Honey: Wrap your Epirus Feta in filo pastry or a sesame seed crust, fry until golden, and drizzle generously with Byzantine Honey. The ultimate sweet and savoury contrast.
  2. Traditional Santorini Fava: Boil the Farsala fava beans until they form a smooth purée. Dress generously with Karpea Extra Virgin Olive Oil, raw red onion, and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
