Made with organic goat’s milk in Kastoria, Northern Greece, this yogurt is crafted using the traditional tsantilas method (τσάντιλας): the yogurt is poured into cloth bags and left to drain slowly, naturally releasing excess whey. No shortcuts, no aggressive filtering, just time, gravity, and know-how.

 

That slow cloth-straining is what creates its signature texture: thick, spoon-standing, and luxuriously creamy, with a clean, tangy finish and a naturally concentrated nutritional profile.
