This is the trade shelf of Greek Flavours: the products that restaurants, delicatessens, retailers and food businesses across Europe actually reorder, in the formats professional kitchens work with. Every item ships directly from Greece with invoice and tracking, and VIES-registered EU businesses buy VAT free.

What this collection is

A curated wholesale selection built on real trade demand, not on a consumer catalog relabelled for B2B. It brings together catering formats (2 to 3.5kg tins, whole cheese wheels, 48-piece pastry trays), multi-pack value formats and the single references that professional buyers restock week after week. Trade pricing and ordering terms are unlocked through the Greek Flavours B2B program.

What food businesses order here

Fresh Greek pita bread

The backbone of the trade channel: soft, never frozen pita from Athenian bakeries in 16cm, 18cm, mini, giant and sandwich formats, reordered in lots from 20 to 300 packs by souvlaki concepts, street food kitchens and restaurants. See the full range in Greek pita bread.

Feta PDO and Greek cheeses in professional formats

Barrel-aged feta PDO by the wheel or hand-cut block, feta in 3.5kg brine tins, grill cheeses (halloumi PDO, talagani, saganaki) and aged island wheels for the cheese counter. Retail formats live in Feta & Cheeses.

Olives and meze in catering formats

Kalamata olives in 3kg HORECA tins and 6x250g value packs, dolmadakia in 2kg and 2.1kg bulk tins, gigantes and cooking bases in 2kg professional tins, plus the classic Greek dips (tzatziki, hummus, taramosalata) for meze service.

HORECA pastry

Baklavadaki in professional 48-piece trays (2.5kg), kataifaki in 3kg foodservice format and traditional syrup cakes portioned for restaurant dessert service.

Greek pantry staples for retail

The shelf-stable references delis and grocers restock on repeat: halva from Edessa, traditional Greek coffee, Cretan dakos PGI, kritharaki, extra virgin olive oil in 4L professional format and souvlaki marinades.

How wholesale ordering works

Apply through the B2B application form. We verify your EU VAT number on VIES, approve your trade account and you order online with full autonomy. Your invoice is issued on the day of dispatch and every order ships with tracking across Europe.

Frequently asked questions about Greek food wholesale

Can my business buy Greek food VAT free?

Yes. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number registered on VIES buy VAT free. Verification happens once, during the application, and applies to every following order.

Is there a minimum wholesale order?

Yes, the minimum order for trade accounts is 100 euros, deliberately low so you can test references before scaling volumes.

Do you supply restaurants and shops outside Greece?

That is the core of the program: Greek Flavours supplies food businesses in more than 20 countries, shipping directly from Greece with tracked delivery across Europe.

How do fresh products travel?

Orders are prepared in 2 to 4 working days. From dispatch, fresh pita travels with fast air-based shipping and reaches most European destinations within 24 to 48 hours, while cheeses, yogurt and other cold-chain products ship in temperature-controlled packaging, dispatched early in the week to avoid weekend transit.

Does wholesale pricing include wines, ouzo or beer?

No. Alcoholic beverages are excluded from B2B pricing and from trade supply. The wholesale program covers food products only.

How do I get trade prices on these products?

Trade pricing is activated on approved accounts. Start with the application form on the B2B page, and our team confirms your account after VIES verification.
