TASTING NOTES: Blond in colour with greenish shades, it has a distinctive nose with exotic fruit impressions and notes of green pepper, jasmine, orange, melon and lemon. On the palate it has a rich tropical feel with lemon aftertaste. The first contact with the palate intensifies refinement, generally characterized by richness, harmony, pleasant vitality and lemon finish.
VINIFICATION: Cold contact is maintained for few hours followed by alcoholic fermentation in controlled temperature stainless steel tanks at 18 0C.
FOOD PAIRING: Fresh clams, white meats with light sauces, pasta, Greek salad (tomato and cheese feta), Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
