Organic Bougatsa with cream - 450g

Let yourself be tempted by the flavor and aroma of organic bougatsa pie... so as not to give up on taste and well-being! Bougatsa is Thessaloniki's iconic dessert with a very long history. Sheets of crunchy phyllo dough with delicious and abundant cream inside. Inside the package there is also a bag with powdered sugar and cinnamon to complete the preparation. This recipe first appeared in the 16th century but it became popular in Greece after the destruction of Asia Minor, in 1922.  With only one bite of Bougatsa, the mind starts wandering around the small roads of Thessaloniki, where the smell of Bougatsa is dominant everywhere!
