★★★★★ Spicy, creamy, addictive This tyrokafteri is exactly what you want from a proper Greek spicy feta dip — creamy and smooth, with a real kick of heat that builds gradually rather than overwhelming the palate. The feta base comes through clearly, tangy and salty, balanced nicely against the roasted red pepper and chili. Texture is spot-on: thick enough to scoop generously with bread, not runny or overly whipped. Paired with warm, crusty bread (a simple country loaf or pita works great), it’s the perfect starter or meze — the bread soaks up the dip without getting soggy, and each bite has that nice contrast of crisp crust and creamy, spicy filling. I love this appetizer made of cheese and yogurt. A bit savoury. It gives addiction. It comes in a refrigerated box very well packed

Appena aperto e già finito praticamente! Buonissimo,mangiato con la pita è una bomba ! Dentro si sentono i pezzetti di feta
Pas assez pimenté mais très bon
Eccellente. Una salsa cremosa e saporita. Piacevolmente e delicatamente piccante, quel tanto che basta per stuzzicare il palato ed accompagnare magari gli altri ingredienti di una pita esaltandoli senza coprirli.
Assez commun, manque de parfum des composants !

Notre tirokafteri est une version prête à servir, faite de mizithra et de feta relevées au piment vert: une recette plus sobre que celles des tavernes, où chacun ajoute à sa façon ail, poivron grillé ou origan. Si vous le trouvez trop discret, un filet d'huile d'olive et une pincée d'origan au moment de servir lui donnent du relief. Molto gustoso e piccante al punto giusto.
Veramente buona questa crema, non la conoscevo il peperoncino verde dentro ci sta benissimo la salsa sembra appena fatta per quanto I sapori sono freschi e di buona qualità
Hallo, Oliven waren sehr gut, das Brot ebenso, eingelegten Feigen, Rosinen, Gewürz alles gut. Die beiden Aufstriche waren ungenießbar und haben nicht geschmeckt. Wir haben sie dann selber gemacht. Schlecht ist eure Kommunikation und die Lieferzeit. 11 Tage ist zu lang.

Sachez qu'il s'agit pourtant de l'un de nos produits phares et les plus vendus, en particulier durant la période estivale. Ce meze traditionnel grec est habituellement très apprécié pour sa fraîcheur et son authenticité lors des apéritifs d'été. Alfagefsi propose ici une version modernisée (additifs !?) gustativement très convaincante - pour l'avoir commandé à différentes périodes - . Pimenté bien comme il faut, il garde sa typicité. Le packaging de 250g est clairement insuffisant pour les gourmands. A la différence du tsatsiki et de la melitsanosalata ce produit ne semble pas encore diffusé en France (trop fort ?!)
