Product Description
Tirokafteri sauce is one of the most typical Greek sauces! Its base is Greek Feta cheese, mixed with yogurt and spicy pepper. Its taste is spicy enough so it can be enjoyed even by people who do not prefer spicy foods, because the Feta and the yogurt balance the spicy pepper. In every Greek taverna, you will find on each table at least one serving of Tirokafteri. It is deeply prefered by all the Greeks, as it can be combined perfectly with every type of meat, vegetable or even be served as a meze to accompany your ouzo or tsipouro.

This spicy cheese dip is also known as "kopanisti" and its ingredients and preparation varies according to region and taverna. The most common ingredients are feta cheese, hot peppers, roasted peppers, garlic, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and oregano. It's the perfect spread for pita bread.

Texture is spot-on: thick enough to scoop generously with bread, not runny or overly whipped. Paired with warm, crusty bread (a simple country loaf or pita works great), it’s the perfect starter or meze — the bread soaks up the dip without getting soggy, and each bite has that nice contrast of crisp crust and creamy, spicy filling.

Eccellente. Una salsa cremosa e saporita. Piacevolmente e delicatamente piccante, quel tanto che basta per stuzzicare il palato ed accompagnare magari gli altri ingredienti di una pita esaltandoli senza coprirli.
Veramente buona questa crema, non la conoscevo il peperoncino verde dentro ci sta benissimo la salsa sembra appena fatta per quanto I sapori sono freschi e di buona qualità
Hallo, Oliven waren sehr gut, das Brot ebenso, eingelegten Feigen, Rosinen, Gewürz alles gut. Die beiden Aufstriche waren ungenießbar und haben nicht geschmeckt. Wir haben sie dann selber gemacht.
Schlecht ist eure Kommunikation und die Lieferzeit. 11 Tage ist zu lang.

Nous comprenons tout à fait que les goûts de chacun soient différents et nous sommes désolés de lire que notre Tirokafteri ne vous a pas convaincu.
Sachez qu'il s'agit pourtant de l'un de nos produits phares et les plus vendus, en particulier durant la période estivale. Ce meze traditionnel grec est habituellement très apprécié pour sa fraîcheur et son authenticité lors des apéritifs d'été.
Nous espérons que d'autres spécialités de notre gamme sauront mieux correspondre à vos attentes à l'avenir.

Alfagefsi propose ici une version modernisée (additifs !?) gustativement très convaincante - pour l'avoir commandé à différentes périodes - .
Pimenté bien comme il faut, il garde sa typicité.
Le packaging de 250g est clairement insuffisant pour les gourmands.
A la différence du tsatsiki et de la melitsanosalata ce produit ne semble pas encore diffusé en France (trop fort ?!)
