Discover the authentic taste of Greek Pastourmas (also known as Pastrami), a premium cold cut steeped in history. Brought to Greece by refugees from Asia Minor in 1922, this delicacy has become a cornerstone of Hellenic culinary tradition.

 

Crafted from 100% whole beef cuts, the meat is air-pressed and salt-cured to perfection. The signature character comes from the Çemen coating: a thick, aromatic paste made of garlic, cumin, and paprika. After a careful smoking process, it develops its iconic deep burgundy hue and complex, savoury profile.

 

Serving Suggestions:
