Crafted from 100% whole beef cuts, the meat is air-pressed and salt-cured to perfection. The signature character comes from the Çemen coating: a thick, aromatic paste made of garlic, cumin, and paprika. After a careful smoking process, it develops its iconic deep burgundy hue and complex, savoury profile.
