Its distinctive character comes from a carefully balanced blend of goat, sheep, and cow’s milk, creating a cheese that is rich, smooth, and beautifully rounded.

 

The texture is compact yet pleasantly elastic, with a uniform yellow paste. On the palate, it delivers a mellow, full flavour, combining gentle sweetness with a subtle savoury finish. Never aggressive, always elegant.
