Made exclusively with fresh cow’s milk and traditional yogurt cultures, it undergoes natural straining without shortcuts, resulting in an exceptionally thick, creamy texture and a rich, full-bodied flavour. The natural presence of anthogala – the creamy layer that forms on the surface of full-fat milk – enhances both its smoothness and its depth of taste.
