Cook At Home's chicken preparation is a ready mix of spices essential for making tasty traditional Greek chicken. Inside the pack you will find everything you need for marinating chicken.

Nutritional Components

glucose syrup in powder, salt, yeast extract, spices, white wine in powder, herbs, garlic dehydrated. It may contain traces of gluten, crustaceans (hearts, crabs), eggs, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery and sesame seeds.

Useful Information

HOW TO PREPARE THE CHICKEN:

  • Pour half the contents of the envelope into a large bowl with 100ml of water and 100ml of oil.
  • Stir with cooking wire or mixer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the meat, mix well and let it marinate for at least 1-2 hours in the fridge (leave it on all night for best results).
  • You can optionally flavor with your favorite ingredients like mustard and white wine.
  • Bake in an oven, grill or pan.
