How to use: the perfect base for preparing traditional Greek peinirli, filled with cheese, cold cuts or vegetables.
Preparation tip: for a 100% authentic flavour, top the peinirli base with thin slices of souzouki sausage, add an egg, and finish with grated kefalotiri cheese. Bake until golden and melted – just like in a traditional Greek taverna.
Producer’s story: the Stamatis family, originally from Epirus, has been making pies since 1967. Their recipes remain unchanged, keeping alive the true taste of Greek tradition. Today, their pies are still chosen by the best souvlaki restaurants in Athens for their unique flavour and consistent quality.
