Producer’s Story
The Stamatis family, originally from Epirus, has been crafting traditional Greek pies since 1967. Their recipes haven’t changed — because they didn’t need to. Today, their peinirli bases are trusted by some of the best souvlaki restaurants in Athens for their distinctive flavour and consistent quality.
