It is one of the most loved appetizers in Greece, the Tiropitakia are always present to each and every dinner with family or friends. It is all about crispy dough with delicious cheese filling made from the 3 top Greek cheese: Mizithra, Anthotiro and Feta. They are so easy to bake and convenient to have always in your freezer, as you just pop them into the oven frozen and in about half hour they are ready to enjoy them!
Dough (55%): WHEAT flour*, filtered water, sunflower oil*, extra virgin olive oil*, agave syrup*, salt. Filling (45%): CHEESE* (55%), (MIZITHRA*, FETA*, ANTHOTYRO*), water, SEMOLINA* (contains GLUTEN), salt.

Instructions: Defrost the product at room temperature for 10’. The tray is suitable for the oven. Preheat the oven at 180°–200°C. Bake at 180°C without air for 30’. To keep the pie crispy do not cover it.
