Semi-dried organic tomatoes are a unique and extremely healthy product. The semi-dry tomato is in fact the evolution of the sun-dried tomato. With 33% humidity, compared to the usual 15% of sun-dried tomatoes, the tomato is dried naturally without any additives and then preserved after thermal pasteurization without any chemicals, oil or salt. It has a unique taste and aroma and is ideal for the preparation of numerous dishes and salads of Mediterranean cuisine.
