The Greek Gemista, which literally means "filled", is one of the most creative dishes in all of Greek cuisine.

The magic of this recipe is that tomatoes and green peppers are being filled with the mixture of the spices and the rice, creating an extra juicy result that has the flavour of Greece in each bite!
