Kourkoubini (Crispy Phyllo Bites) - 200g

Kourkoubinia are typical Greek sweets that are traditionally prepared for the period of Lent… but they are delicious all year round! These are small pieces of phyllo dough rolled up and cut into small portions of about 2 cm. Covered with a tasty cinnamon, orange and lemon-based syrup, they are then baked in the oven.
