The Lahanodolmades with Avgolemono sauce are one of the most incredible and delicious dishes in the entire Greek culinary panorama. However, don't be frightened by the name, which at first glance can hide a complicated dish. It's actually cabbage leaf rolls stuffed with ground beef mixed with rice and spices. After they are cooked enough, a delicious egg and lemon sauce is poured in the pot and then cooked for a couple of minutes more, giving them this white soft sauce that its' texture is like no other. It's a classic Greek recipe that goes from generation to generation, keeping always its traditional character. You can combine the Lahanodolmades with a piece of Feta cheese and some olives of your taste to achieve the perfect combination!
Heating instructions: 1) remove the external packagin - 2) pierce the sealing into two spots with a fork - 3) heat in preheated conventional oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes or in the microwave for 2-3 minutes (800W) - 4) remove the film, the meal is ready to be consumed.

It may contain traces of peanuts and other nuts, sesame seeds, mustard, celery, soybean, sulphites, fish, shrimps and crabs.
