The Organic Carob rusks are traditionally made in the historical region of Sfakia, in Crete. They are made following a family recipe that counts almost a century of existence and the ingredients are pure and organic. Carob makes these rusks have an excellent sweet taste and many health benefits. Try them with some chopped fresh tomatoes and some feta cheese on top to make the traditional Cretan 'Ntakos' with a twist of carob!
