This cheese pie or Tiropita, as it's called in Greece, has come to remind you of the taste of Greek tradition.

The thick filo pastry of this pie is what makes it really special because it is enriched with olive oil. As a result, when it's baked, it becomes crispy and delicious. Inside this amazing filo pastry, you will find a rich filling of fine cheeses, such as myzithra and feta, giving an extra juicy twist to this pie!

Cooking instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Remove the cover. Place the pie, inside its own mold, on the second to last rack of the oven.
  2. Bake at 180 ° C until golden brown. Usual cooking time: 45 minutes, 40 minutes for fan heating.
  3. Halfway through cooking, gently slice the tart using a knife, following the pre-cut lines for an even baking result.
  4. For best enjoyment, let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  5. You need to adjust the temperature and cooking time according to your oven.

CAUTION: Do not use the broiler or let the baking dish directly touch the walls of the oven.
