Molto goloso e buono. Leggermente troppo dolce per i miei gusti, a mio avviso sarebbe perfetto con un po meno zucchero il che lo renderebbe anche migliore sul piano nutrizionale.

Toujours très plaisant. Bonne texture (bien que dans mon souvenir le rizogalo était plus liquide à halandri dans les années 1960), un peu plus de cannelle serait la bienvenue.

Excellent, très frais et pas du tout bourratif. Bonne texture, ni trop 'dure' (le rizogalo n'est pas un 'teurgoule' de normandie) ni trop liquide, et surtout pas mal de cannelle, mieux qu'il y a quelques années.
