Product Description

Black salt flakes are made exclusively from Messolonghi salt, a small region in Peloponnese, and cuttlefish ink. It is a natural product with crispy texture. You can use it to season fish, risottos and vegetables as you would use normal salt, but 100% natural and with a striking black colour. However, the ideal way to use it is as a finishing salt by gently sprinkling it onto your plates and let your guests be impressed by the results!
