Product Description

Cook At Home's souvlaki preparation is a ready mix of spices essential for making tasty traditional Greek souvlaki. Inside the pack you will find everything you need for marinating souvlaki meat. The special mix is suitable for every kind of meat you want to make your Greek souvlaki with.

 

Nutritional Components

Glycose syrup, salt, white wine extract, lemon juice, herbs(oregano, thyme), natural flavors, onion, garlic, red pepper, bukovo. May contain traces of: gluten, crustaceans, eggs, soy, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sulphites and sesame seeds.

Useful Information

HOW TO PREPARE THE SOUVLAKI:

  • With 50g of spices you can prepare up to 1kg of meat.
  • Empty the contents of one sachet into 100 ml of water, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and mix it all together.
  • Then add the meat selected for the souvlaki and evenly distribute the spice mix on the meat.
  • Leave to rest for about 2 hours in the fridge.
  • Cook the souvlaki as you wish, on the grill, in the oven or in a pan.
