La moisissure survient quand les pitas restent à température ambiante une fois le sachet ouvert — sans conservateurs, elles sont sensibles à l'humidité et ne se gardent que 2 à 3 jours à l'air libre. La bonne méthode pour la prochaine fois : séparez les disques dès réception et placez-les directement au congélateur. Ils se conservent jusqu'à 12 mois et se réchauffent en 1 à 2 minutes par face dans une poêle sèche chaude, directement depuis le congélateur — sans décongélation préalable. C'est même comme ça qu'on obtient la meilleure texture. Au réfrigérateur dans un sachet fermé, elles tiennent 6 jours. Bonne dégustation pour la prochaine commande !
