This discovery bundle brings together four of the most celebrated Greek olives in one box. The Kalamata from the Peloponnese, meaty and briny with a deep purple skin. The Throuba from Thassos, sun-dried and wrinkled, is almost wine-like in intensity. The Amfissa from the slopes of Mount Parnassus is mild and buttery with a clean finish. And the Agrinio from western Greece, large, fleshy, and crisp, is harvested while still green. Four varieties. Four regions. One journey.
Each variety is preserved the traditional way, in olive oil with minimal seasoning, so what you taste is the olive itself: its terroir, its ripeness, its character. The Kalamata is deep and rich with a slight tang. The Throuba is concentrated and complex, unlike anything you find outside of Greece. The Amfissa is gentle and smooth, a perfect introduction for those new to Greek olives. The Agrinio opens with a grassy freshness and a hint of bitterness that softens as you eat. Kalamata olives are a PDO-protected variety native to the Peloponnese and one of the most recognised Greek olives in the world.
THROUBA OLIVES (3 × 200g) - Nutritional values per 100g:

Ingredients: Natural Thassos olives, olive oil, salt.
Throuba olives from Thassos are naturally cured directly on the tree, giving them their distinctive wrinkled skin and concentrated, wine-like flavour.

Amfissa olives grow on the slopes of Mount Parnassus in central Greece, where altitude and Mediterranean climate combine to produce a uniquely mild, buttery olive.

Agrinio green olives from western Greece are harvested early for their large size and firm bite, making them one of the most distinctive green olives in the Greek tradition.

- Production: Each variety is traditionally harvested and preserved in olive oil with minimal seasoning, allowing the natural character of the olive to come through.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep the remaining olives fully submerged in olive oil in a sealed container for best preservation.
