Organic Mainalo Fir Honey comes from the virgin, high-altitude forests of Arcadia, where bees collect the natural honeydew of the fir trees of Mount Mainalo. This is not a blossom honey, and that’s exactly why it stands out.
It features a deep, dark colour with reddish highlights, a very low sweetness, and a complex flavour profile with resinous notes, hints of caramel and a gently spicy finish. It’s the ideal honey for those who appreciate mature, full-bodied flavours without excess sugar.
One trait makes it truly unique: it never crystallises naturally.
