Organic Mainalo Fir Honey comes from the virgin, high-altitude forests of Arcadia, where bees collect the natural honeydew of the fir trees of Mount Mainalo. This is not a blossom honey, and that is exactly why it stands out.

It features a deep, dark colour with reddish highlights, a very mild sweetness, and a complex flavour profile with resinous notes, hints of caramel and a gently spicy finish. It is the honey for those who appreciate mature, full-bodied flavours.

One trait makes it truly unique: it never crystallises naturally. This is typical of honeydew honeys, whose composition keeps them fluid over time, without any processing or heat treatment.

This honey is produced by a family of beekeepers from Arcadia who have been practising organic beekeeping for over 40 years. Their hives are located in the pristine forests of Mount Mainalo and are managed according to certified organic standards.
