The graviera Naxos PDO is one of the most famous cheeses in Greece, produced on the island of Naxos with cow's milk (80%) and goat's milk (20%). Aged 3 months on average, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif or used in delicious recipes such as baked aubergines.
