The strained yogurt is a high quality product made exclusively by fresh cow's milk. It is made following the traditional method of natural straining, from which the Greek terms of yogurt straggisto. This literally means that it is left to be strained without the use of technology or additives. This technique results to a very creamy texture and unique taste, without adding any preservatives.
