TASTING NOTES: A wine of bright pale yellow colour. On the nose, seductive fruity exotic aromas (citrus) coupled with a slight touch of floral essence. Powerful on the palate with firm structure and a harmonious acidity-fruit interaction. The super-aromatic Muscat of Alexandria blends with the international Chardonnay grape in order to give a round, elegant and versatile wine with a velvety creamy texture. Medium finish.
Muscat of Alexandria 50% - Chardonnay 50%,
VINIFICATION : Classic white. The Chardonnay peels are mixed on a weekly basis for two months to increase the complexity and texture to the mid palate before blending. No time left in oak barrels.
FERMENTATION at 16-18°C in stainless steel tanks.
